first-of-its-kind volume Baker co-edited with Laurence B. McCullough, Ph.D., A
Dalton Tomlin Chair in Medical Ethics and Health Policy Professor of Medicine
and Medical Ethics, Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas.
