Robert Baker, Ph.D., director of the Union Graduate College-Mount Sinai School of Medicine Bioethics Program and Sean Philpott, Ph.D., assistant professor and Chair of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Human Subjects Review Board, have an opinion piece in today’s Times Union newspaper.
